Responsibilities: Dealing with customers complaints, use of tills in order to purchase and exchange customers’ items. I worked in the stockroom and was supervising the ground floor. My duty also included making sure the shop was clean and items were in the right store.

Responsibilities: dealing with customers complaints and offering advice to them. I also had to use the till to assist customers with their purchase or exchange items. I also worked in the stockroom and that gave me an idea of how to display items.
